​Before your appointment at any Tax-Aide site, please complete the Blue Packet. The Blue Packet can be downloaded using the folder icon link here or picked up from the office at Bunten Road Park. (For self-employed taxpayers as well as gig workers for companies like DoorDash, Lyft, Uber, etc., the special Schedule C worksheet is included in the Blue Packet.)
